Yoga classes
At Goran Yoga, you will find authentic group classes that meet you where you are.
Many of the offerings, including the regular prevention courses in Kleve and Nijmegen, are designed to promote body awareness, mobility and lasting well-being.
ASANA
Asanas are the physical postures in yoga. They are constructed precisely and held consciously to promote strength, stability and flexibility. Clear alignment and mindful guidance create a safe practice that strengthens and calms the body at the same time.
PRANAYAMA
Pranayama refers to the conscious control and deepening of the breath.
Targeted breathing exercises calm the nervous system and strengthen inner balance.
Goran Yoga classes teach simple, clear breathing techniques that help reduce stress and boost energy levels.
MEDITATION
Meditation is the practice of conscious awareness.
It allows the mind to calm down and develop a clear, alert state.
In Asana practice, meditation often arises from precise alignment and conscious breathing.
